Desert Color partners are well positioned and have accounted for market volatility in the longevity of the development. We are fully confident in our ability to bring the full vision of Desert Color to life.

To date, Desert Color has been fortunate. We haven’t seen a crippling impact to the overall project. We continue to make investments in the project. Homes are being built and sold.
