We are excited to announce that the new, resident only Emerald Point Pool & Park began construction in December! Phase I was completed earlier in 2025. Phase II, which consists of a resident only pool and hot tub, is anticipated to be completed by Fall 2026. Emerald Point Pool & Park is located in Sage Haven between Emerald Point Drive and Green Mountain Drive. For your safety, please avoid this construction site area.
