In October of 2018, Desert Color–a 3,400 acre master planned community located on SITLA land east of I-15 and Southern Parkway in St. George, Utah–received approval for its zone plan, master development agreement, and preliminary plat. The St. George City Council unanimously approved the measures which have been nearly two years in the making.
As Desert Color begins a new chapter of development and execution, the Desert Color team is pleased to announce that Mitch Dansie has joined the team as General Manager of the master plan project. With this change, Brook Cole will assist Desert Color in an advisory role and will be responsible for all other external projects related to Clyde Properties.
Born and raised in Herriman, Utah, Mitch and his wife, Amy, have been raising their four children in South Jordan, Utah. They are excited to relocate back to beautiful St. George and get involved with the community in as many ways as possible. He is eager to be a part of Desert Color and to help in creating a sustainable anchor development in Southern Utah.
