Desert Color is proud to be represented with three homes in the Parade of Homes, taking place February 13-22. Come see the splendor of Solterra, Sunset Shores, and The Santa Monica II showcased in this year’s event.   

Jasper Ridge Park is now officially finished and open for use! The park adds another vibrant outdoor area to the community with open space and an expanded swing set.  

In partnership with St. George City and Suncore, construction will soon begin on a new trail segment running along SR‑7. This project includes a pedestrian bridge, a culvert crossing, and a multi‑use trail extending from Desert Color Parkway to Desert Canyon.  Once complete, this addition will significantly expand Desert Color’s internal trail network while enhancing regional connectivity, improving access for residents and visitors.
