We loved participating in this year’s Parade of Homes and were proud to showcase three beautiful homes representing the Desert Color lifestyle. It’s always an honor to be part of such a special event in Southern Utah, and we appreciate everyone who came out to tour and support our builders and community. 

Exciting progress continues throughout Desert Color. The Emerald Point Resident Pool and Park are really beginning to take shape, and it’s exciting to see this next amenity coming to life. This space will provide additional opportunities for gathering, recreation, and enjoying all that makes Desert Color unique. 

As construction continues in various areas of the community, we kindly ask residents and visitors to please steer clear of active construction zones. These areas are for authorized personnel only and are restricted for safety reasons. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to bring these new amenities and neighborhoods online.
